1. The feeder is to ensure uniform and stable feeding, and adjust the feeding amount according to the rated current of the extrusion motor. Generally, the electromagnetic speed regulating motor or the frequency converter is used for speed regulation to change the feeding amount of the feeder. The outlet of the feed hopper is usually fed by a spiral auger to the extrusion section.2. The puffing chamber is composed of a screw, a screw sleeve, a template, a card bone and the like. The screw and the screw sleeve are combined in stages, and the degree of compression can be adjusted according to the type and requirements of the expanded feed to change the degree of expansion of the expanded feed.3. The puffing mechanism is divided into three segments according to the action and position:Feeding section: This section has a large screw pitch, which mainly transports and compresses the material to fill the spiral groove.
