The ring die animal feed pellet making machine is made up of feed auger, conditioner, pelletizing chamber and transmission system.

Conditioner is unique design for ring die animal feed pellet making machine, because other type pellet mill do not have conditioner. The conditioner is made of high quality stainless steel to make sure quality of final feed pellets can comply food grade. The conditioner have to connect to a steam boiler, which supply boiler to conditioner, raw material and hot steam meet inside the conditioner to be cured. Inside the conditioner have two layers, one layer is for hot steam passing and the other layer is raw material passing, so that the steam do not touch material directly but it can cured raw material by it’s high temperature.
